Share, Care, Repair
Living and surviving in our frenetic and intense contemporary society often means managing complex and multiple internal stresses and pressures, leaving us feeling powerless and out of control.
It’s increasingly normal to experience feelings of isolation, overwhelm, anxiety and depression.
Being able to share your struggles, access your emotions, and pay attention to your inner landscape can often bring significant and life-changing relief, clarity and improvement to mental and physical wellbeing.

Person-Centred Counselling takes a humanistic approach to listening, allowing the individual to explore their personal barriers and challenges in a safe, respectful and non-judgmental environment that encourages self-reflection. It is non-directive, meaning the work is client-led, and individuals work at their own pace, with the care and support of the counsellor. Person-centred counselling is about meeting ourselves empathically where we are now, and finding value in humans as beings in process. It focusses less on goals and destinations, and more on the quality of our internally-lived relationship with the journey itself.
Whether you’re struggling with parenthood; challenges in your relationships; facing difficult choices or decisions; experiencing loneliness, low self-esteem, worry, or emotional problems, counselling can help.
All of us possess the capacity for growth, recovery and healing: we each come with our own story and difficulties; our unique map of experiences which has brought us to the place we are today. Through mindful exploration, we can gain the valuable insights and self-awareness to begin reclaiming a sense of agency over our own lives. Re-assessing our pasts, repairing our present, and re-imagining our futures.
